Connection Groups
Children’s Chapel
For age 4 to 4th grade, Children’s Chapel is every Sunday. Children begin the service with their grown-ups then process to the Beloved Classroom where they have a worship service just for them. It is similar in structure to the service that is happening in the sanctuary and yet it has a sermon just for them, prayers that they can follow, and actions like lighting the candles. Email Sarah for more information.
Little Free Pantry
Since 2021, the free pantry has fed hundreds of people. Our Black Friday Food Drive is the largest collection event we do, and in 2025, we collected 755.46 lbs. of food. We partner with locally owned businesses who collect items from their customers.
Brew HaHa
Brew HaHa gets together on the last Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The location changes every month. The spirit of Brew HaHa is community with no expectations, no agenda, and no RSVP. Beer is optional. ALL are welcome! So if you’re in the mood for some conversation and community, we’d love for you to join us. For more information and location, please contact Dave .
Moveable Feasts
For almost a decade, Moveable Feasts has been a ministry of our church that is a spiritual opportunity to model Jesus' inclusivity. In eating with one another and sharing our lives, we become better stewards of our relationships with our siblings in Christ. St. Stephen’s is about abundance, of enough, of inclusion. This regular get together for supper is a chance to show up and deepen our relationships with old and new friends. Contact Mary Ann to participate.
Greeters and Ushers
This Sunday morning ministry welcomes all, especially new guests, to our church. They also help in the service with bringing forward the gifts of bread and wine to the altar as well as guiding folks to the Communion Rail. Email Michelle at mgrazwebb2014@gmail.com if you’d like to join.
Altar Guild
The Altar Guild does so much more than wash dishes following the service! They set God’s table and prepare the church for worship for all of God’s people. This is a great way to work in teams and find out more about the church. Email Nick at nwolfrum55@gmail.com to be a part of this ministry.
“Wise Guys” Mens Group
St. Stephen’s men’s group meets twice around St. Stephen’s fire place or in the courtyard (weather permitting). Email our office for more information.
Choir
Our choir rehearses every Tuesday at 7:00 pm and every Sunday at 8:15 am before the service. Email matheus@ststephenslongmont.org to sing with us.
Handbell Choir
Our bell choir rehearses regularly about 10:30 am after our Sunday service. Email matheus@ststephenslongmont.org to play with us.
Acolytes
5th grade to age 100, our acolytes assist in our service. They help make our service happen. If you or your child is interested, contact Caroline.
